Mindset Development

During my time abroad, I actively participated in the International Student Exchange Festival organized by the host institution. Through these activities, I gained a profound appreciation for the importance of disseminating Chinese culture. I made concerted efforts to share Chinese stories and cultural heritage with international friends. This experience not only broadened my international perspective but also significantly enhanced my cultural confidence.

Academic Progress

During my study abroad period, I engaged in courses such as Sociology of Special Groups, “Thesis Research Methods,” “Social Discourse Studies,” and “Polish Language.” I made significant progress in adapting to the foreign teaching methods. Ultimately, I successfully obtained the “Polish Language Beginner” certification and achieved excellent results in my final exams. These experiences hold great significance for my future academic research and career development.

Reflections and Insights

Through interactions with international friends, I have developed a deeper understanding of the differences and commonalities between various cultures. I have learned to approach issues with greater openness and inclusiveness, which has been highly beneficial for my personal growth. My participation in the series of activities themed “Telling Chinese Stories Well and Disseminating Chinese Culture” provided me with the opportunity to showcase the charm of China and further deepened my pride in my cultural heritage.

Conclusion

Studying abroad has been an invaluable experience. It has not only enriched my academic knowledge but also deepened my personal growth and cultural understanding. I will continue to strive to apply the knowledge and experience gained during this period to my future studies and work.
